DHIRISTI PARIHARAM: RUDRA ABHISEKHAM

Remedial measures to be adopted to eliminate the Dhiristi through Rudra Abhisekham:

1. Attend "Rudra Abhisekham" in the Lord Shiva Temples. After the completion of "Rudra Abhisekam", the priest will sprinkle the Holy water over your head. You can also bring some of the Holy water to your house in a bottle. You must sprinkle the Holy water (on daily basis, till it lasts) over the main door, windows, walls aand important articles on daily morning after everyone in the family completes the bath. This would eliminate the Dhiristi or evil eye syndrome or any type of black magic effects in your house.

2. Performing "Pooja to Lord Shiva" on daily basis would be the best remedial measures to avoid all negative forces from our house.

3. Performing Rudra Abhisekham in the house through the trained priests will be the best medicine to push out all kind of evil forces.

4. Continous chanting of Rudram Samagam through some audio equipment would also delivers excellent results.

What is Rudra Abhisekham?

Rudra means Lord Shiva. The priests will chant the Rudram Chamagam (mantra that pleases Lord Shiva) continously for 11 times by placing the holy water in a Kumbham (Pot) @ a pot that contains divine water before the Lord Shiva. The water gets purified and becomes holy water by the continous chanting of Rudram Chamagam. The Abhisekham for Lord Shiva would be done with 11 type of materials like Milk, Curd, Honey, Fruits, Lemon juice, Sugar can juice, Rose water, Coconut water, Sandalwood paste, Holy ash and Ghee. Finally the Holy water abhisekham would be done. The process of doing abhisekham with the Holy water (by reciting the Rudram Samagam) is called as the "Rudra Abhisekham"
