WHO MUST DO PARIHARAM FOR THE SUN?

Following peoples must do pariharam for the Sun. 1. People who are born in the month of Aiyppasi @ those who are born between 15th October to 15th November. In this time, the Sun gets debilitated in the Thula Rasi (Libra sign). 2. The Sun getting placed in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 6th. 8th and 12th house. 3. The Sun getting placed in the Risaba, Gemini, Virgo. Libra, Viruchika, Makara and Meena. 4. The weak Sun in the Navamsa and Dasamsa charts. 5. The low counts in the Suriya Ashtavargha. 6. SURIYA DOSHA REMOVAL (SUN PARIHARAM) - METHOD 3

Pariharam to remove Suriya dosha (Sun Pariharam): 1. You must worship your ancestors on Sundays. According to the Hindu Vedic Principle, the Sun is considered to be first ancestor. 2. Helping the old age peoples through the possible means. 3. Helping the old age animals and birds (who struggle to feed themselves) 4. Helping the disabled persons especially those having eye and bone infirmities. 5. Helping to conduct last rites for any known or unknown persons. 6. Helping the poor to conduct pooja to remove their "Pitra Dosha". 7. Enlightening peoples about the values of looking after age old peoples and remembering the ancestors. SURIYA DOSHA REMOVAL (PARIHARAM FOR SUN) METHOD 2

Pariharam to remove Suriya Dosha:   1. Take bath early on the Sunday morning before sunrise. 2. Fasting on the day is advisable. 3. Take Wheat (whole) in a Orange cloth or Orange color paper. Keep it in your shirt pocket . Do not place it below the waist.  4. Woship Lord Ganesha, your favorite Gods and the Guru. 5. Keep working all day. 6. Keep it under your pillow, while you go to sleep in the night. 7. No alcohol, eggs, non vegetarian foods, sexual thoughts and inter courses, use of harsh and filthy languages (applicable from Sunday morning to Monday early morning @ Sunday sunrise to Monday sunrise). If these are violated, then the pariharam would not deliver any results.  8. The Wheat must be kept safe and secure in the Puja room on the next morning. Unclean persons should not be allowed to touch these pack containing Wheat. 9. Do it for the next 9 or more consecutive Sundays. SURIYA DOSHA PARIHARAM (TEMPLES)

The Pariharam for the Suriya can be done in the Shiva temples in the following methods. 1. Light up ghee or gingelly oil (sesame seed oil) lamps with Red cotton wicks (dipped in Kumkum powder and dried). 2. You can put Wheat (Whole) into the lamp and light up. 3. Place few Wheat grains (whole) and place the lamp above it and light up. 4. Do puja in your name by prescribing your nakshatra and rasi. 5. Offer dishes prepared with Wheat to the Suriya/Sun and distribute the prasadam to the devotees present in the temple. 6. Chant the Suriya Gayatri and Moola mantras by 9/27/81/108 times. The more you chant, the more you gain 7. Offer Orange/Saffron color cotton cloth or silk cloth to the Suriya and do puja in your name. 8. Do Abhisekam for the Suriya on the designated days. Note:  1. SURIYA GAYATRI MANTRA (SUN GAYATRI MANTRA)

Given below are the Gayatri Mantra of Suriya (Sun): Om Baskaraya Vitmahae Mahith Uthi haraya Dheemahi Thanno Aditya Prajothayath: ஓம் பாஸ்கராய வித்மஹே  மஹித் யுதிகராய தீமஹி  தன்னோ ஆதித்ய ப்ரசோதயாத் Chanting any one of the Guru Gayatri or Moola Mantras brings good results. 1. Sit in your Pooja room. 2. Offer Red Lotus or any Red color flower to the Gods. 3. Place a vessel (Possibly a tumbler made of Bronze and Copper) filled with water up to the rim. 4. Light up lamps with Ghee/Gingelly oil. 5. Start with worship of Lord Ganesha. 6. Worship your favourite Gods. 7. Worship the Sun by chanting 9/27/81/108 times by the above mentioned mantras. Finish your worship. The more you chant, the more you gain. 8. You can also make dishes out of Wheat and offer it to the God. 9. Distribute the prasadams to others, cows and crows. You can also eat.
