The possible effects of weak or malefic Budha in the horoscope are given below:

1. The person would have low IQ and trouble in utilizing his/her skills or would be a unskilled person. The trouble in the mental strength is likely to multiply, if Moon also becomes weaker and/or malefic in nature.

2. The Person will lack analytical mindset or mathematical skills.
